It is necessary to obtain a referral from your GP before your consultation with Mr Moran. The referral allows you to claim a rebate from Medicare, provides us with a list of your medication and any important information that your GP can pass along.

There are some basic items you will need to bring to your initial appointment:

- Referral Letter from your GP
- Medicare Card
- Workcover or TAC claim number (if applicable)
- Private Health Insurance details (if applicable)
- X-rays or other scans
- List of any medications you are on
- Medical specialist contact details (if applicable)
- Wear clothes that will allow examination of the affected joint
